Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AramidX ("the Service"), operated by Small Time Devs Inc ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AramidX is an independent analytics dashboard for futures traders. The Service provides CSV upload and analysis, manual entry, payout calculations, equity curves, and compliance tracking. AramidX is not affiliated with TopStep, TopStepX, ProjectX, or any proprietary trading firm.

3. Accounts

You must create an account using a supported OAuth provider (Google, GitHub, or Microsoft) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Billing

Free Trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with limited daily usage (3 operations per day).
Pro Plan: $9.99/month or $79.99/year for unlimited access. Billed through Stripe.
Cancellation: You may cancel anytime through the billing portal. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support@smalltimedevs.com.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
Share your account credentials with others
Scrape, crawl, or otherwise automate access to the Service
Upload malicious files or content

6. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Trading data you upload is processed on Cloudflare's infrastructure and is not stored permanently after processing.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any calculations, analytics, or recommendations.

AramidX is not a financial advisor. The Service provides informational analytics only and does not constitute financial, investment, or trading advice. Trading futures involves substantial risk of loss.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SMALL TIME DEVS INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR TRADING LOSSES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Small Time Devs Inc from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account by canceling your subscription and contacting support.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
